I've had an email saying that the real Christmas message isn't "peace on earth and goodwill to men". It is about a sinful world in need of a savior.....who is Christ the Lord.

Chuck said that "if there could be more than one way to God, I'm sure He would have spared His son a humiliating and painful death on a cross."

Surely the Christmas message is about the birth of Jesus and not the death of Jesus. God knows what He's doing and CHOSE to send his son to Earth. The birth of Jesus was the beginning of salvation which was brought by the peace and goodwill of Jesus' birth.
